Delivery information

Customers must provide a complete name, phone number, country, city, and street address. State or province and postal code should be included when used by the destination.

Confirmation before shipment

Availability, delivery method, shipping cost, expected handling time, and any destination-specific requirements are confirmed by support before payment.

Tracking

When available, the carrier, tracking number, and status history appear in the online order tracker. Some cross-border shipments may transfer to a local carrier before final delivery.

Delays and address changes

Carrier or customs delays can occur. Contact support immediately if delivery information needs correction. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

Duties and import requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming that an item can lawfully be imported at the destination. Any known duties, taxes, or import responsibilities are explained during manual order confirmation when possible.
